Order Processing Time
Orders ship within 3 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are in stock.

Please note: All House of Honey drops are limited edition and will not be restocked.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We use a variety of trusted carriers. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

 

International Orders: Outside North America (Europe & Australia)
We proudly ship worldwide; however:
● Shipments to Europe and Australia may incur additional customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees.
● These fees are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the
purchaser.
● We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before placing your order.

We are unable to accurately calculate these charges.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
We will do our best to modify a delivery address after an order is placed, but changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun. Our customer service response time is typically 48–72 business hours (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. We are unable to ship to certain P.O. boxes depending on carrier restrictions.
